★ House Rules that are strictly enforced: • Check-in: Anytime after 4:00 PM. • Check-out: 11:00 AM with a 10-minute grace period. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fee. ★ Late Check-Out Fees: • 1:00 PM – $35 • 2:00 PM – $55 • 3:00 PM – $70 ★ House Rules • No parties allowed. Disturbances, property damage, excessive cleaning, or indoor smoking will result in a $1,000 fine. • No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a $100 fine per pet stay. • No smoking inside the home. Violations will incur a $1,000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or appliances, and repair or replacement costs may apply. ★ Security • Exterior security cameras are located at the front and side of the house for safety. ★ Luggage Drop-Off • Luggage drop-off may be available with advance notice so we can coordinate with our team. ★ Garage Dimensions: • Garage door opening: 9 ft • Width (back section): 11 ft • Width (middle section): 11 ft • Ceiling height: 9 ft 7 in • Total depth: 20 ft 8 in (from garage door to back wall) Street parking is free for up to one hour. For longer stays, a daily parking permit from the City of San Francisco is required. Each permit costs $15 and is valid for one calendar day, expiring at 12:00 AM. If you need a parking permit, please notify us as soon as possible so we can request them for you.
