★ House Rules that are strictly enforced: • Check-in: Anytime after 4:00 PM. • Check-out: 11:00 AM with a 10-minute grace period. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fee. ★ Late Check-Out Fees: • 1:00 PM – $35 • 2:00 PM – $55 • 3:00 PM – $70 ★ Extra Guest Fees: This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests at the base rate. For the 9th and 10th overnight guest, a $25 per night, per guest fee applies (up to our maximum occupancy of 10). This helps us keep pricing affordable for smaller groups while covering the added cost of hosting larger ones. ★ Daytime Guests & Gatherings: If you'd like to have additional guests visit during the day without staying overnight, please reach out to us in advance for approval. A $25 daytime guest fee applies per additional guest beyond our maximum of 10 for extra use of the house and amenities. We are not set up to host parties, commercial events, or large gatherings. If you're planning a dinner, celebration, or gathering with guests beyond our maximum occupancy, please contact us before booking so we can confirm it's something we can accommodate. ★ House Rules • No parties allowed. Disturbances, property damage, excessive cleaning, or indoor smoking will result in a $1,000 fine. • No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a $100 fine per pet stay. • No smoking inside the home. Violations will incur a $1,000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or appliances, and repair or replacement costs may apply. ★ Security • Exterior security cameras are located at the front and side of the house for safety. ★ Luggage Drop-Off • Luggage drop-off may be available with advance notice so we can coordinate with our team. ★ Garage Dimensions: • Garage door opening: 9 ft • Width (back section): 11 ft • Width (middle section): 11 ft • Ceiling height: 9 ft 7 in • Total depth: 20 ft 8 in (from garage door to back wall) Street parking is free for up to one hour.
